All over great, we stayed here of a week, nothing bad.

Our stay here was amazing! All the front desk staff was incredible and so friendly! Our room was also sooo clean upon arrival.

I booked this hotel for guests who were to speak at my church over the weekend. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and raved over the courtesy and friendliness of the hotel staff.

Check in was quick. Service was good. We were welcomed each time we came in. We asked for extra blankets and they gave us some. Beds were comfortable (love that they had pillowcases labeled firm and soft). Rooms were clean, which they had a little bit more space. Microwave, larger fridge than some hotels, Keurig in the room. Breakfast was delicious! With 3 toddlers, meals are expensive, so we always choose hotels that have free continental breakfast. They had a great selection of warm food as well as other options. Biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, hard boiled eggs yogurt, muffins, bagels, 3 choices of cereal, pancakes (which rolled out within a minute), juice, milk, & choc. milk. Only down fall was that the coffee was out. We will definitely stay again, next time in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool.

The beds are really comfortable. The hotel was very quiet.
After coming back from a live concert it was nice to be able to immediately go to sleep.

Hotel is conveniently located to the mall and restaurants. Lobby was well lit, clean and staff was helpful & friendly! Room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Shower in 422 was hot with great water pressure - always appreciate that!

Nice and clean. I was disappointed the wonderful cinnamon rolls were not there. Some other brand was there and almost burned.

The hotel was very nice and clean reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The only negative was the breakfast they served overcooked turkey sausage.

The air conditioner didn’t seem to be removing the moisture out of the air. The room seemed humid.
Otherwise, very clean and comfortable room and bath.

The pool was down, but they did allow us to swim at the hotel next door. From the time we got there until we left the room smelled as if there mildew. And we we constantly having to adjust the thermostat to cool the room down (Friday - Sunday)

Just stayed for one night while traveling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was near lots of retail and restaurants. The staff was pleasant. The stay included breakfast in the morning—it was pretty basic but adequate.

Very clean, very quiet. The room was very clean. The only negatives feedback I have is that it smelled weird on the 1st floor. It smelled like dirty bathroom and unpleasant smelling cleaning products. The other thing was that the pool wasnt open because it needed maintenance both days. It was very well priced though. I would definitely stay there again because I think those were two isolated incidents.

Service was great but the room we had on second floor had a progressively terrible sewer smell from the bathroom sink or shower. Front desk moved us after notifying them. Other than that, good stay in a decent location where we felt safe.

One of the cleanest, most well maintained properties I’ve stayed at in awhile. Highly recommend.

Everythig was great except the a/c. It only comes on once and hour which is annoying.
