Stayed April 21, 22 and left on 23rd, 2019. There is no dining room or common area (except the outside) to eat your breakfast or to lounge on a rainy day. The brunch display is in the hallway and you must go back to your room to eat. Customer service is less than desirable. The owner had told me by email to make my own taxi arrangements - which I did. The day I was leaving, the owner told me he had called for a taxi to pick me up at 10:15 a.m. I had made my arrangements for 11:00 a.m. (cruise ship terminal was opening at 11:00 a.m.). Told me I must get out of room for 10:15 a.m. and that it was not his problem. It was cold, raining and this B and B has no common area to wait in. We argued.....he let me stay in his office. The confrontation with someone who does not speak good English raised my anxiety level - I am over 65 years old and travelling alone. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Needed a place to stay just north of the airport on the way to Tuscany area. Great location for that and bonus to walk around Tarquania in the morning. A little gem a wasn't expecting

Roberto was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and it felt like being at home. If you are in Tarquina you must book this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful accommodations and view. Have done a lot of traveling to many different Countries and stayed in some very nice places and I will remember Tenuto Lonciano as one of my favorites. Danielle is a superb host and Massimo makes an unbelievable and unforgettable breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. Stay here,you will not be disappointed. Easy access to Florence via car or rail
