Quiet and clean, slow customer service at times excellent place on the royal walk, English friendly. Small gym in basement

First of all, the staff knew we'll be coming by car as I requested a parking spot. They didn't bother to note that to come to the hotel we need to go through a street with forbidden entrance sign (ie breaking the traffic rules). Took them 15 min to figure out if they have a free parking spot and generally, the receptionist was very slow and not bothered by the fact there's nowhere to park anywhere close to the hotel. His suggestion "just park somewhere on the street" was ridiculous as the whole surrounding area was blocked due to the ongoing market. Room and location was great, but I'd expect much better from Radisson Blu staff!

The location of this property is perfect! Everything is easily walkable. As a VIP member, we had early check in availability, however, they were did not clean the room in time as told us to come back in an hour, we came back in 2.5hrs and they gave our room away and had to downgrade us. I was not offered any of the VIP services included. The room was very basic, the shower and bathtub handles were completely broken (very hard to turn off and on the water). The body wash and shampoo bottles were completely empty. The staff were quite rude, and didn’t really care. There were two young women working at the restaurant bar who were very friendly and kind. Overall, I wouldn’t rate this hotel 5 stars and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Got a room for two nights overlooking a garbage disposal center. Garbage trucks collected trash at 4am! Complained about the smell and noise. Nothing was done.

Great location and easy access to Old Town! Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and informative. Parking was a little hard to find but parked in street for free. Very safe! Recommend!!

Just a fabulous and beautiful hotel within the old centre and within easy walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping malls. Highly recommend.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION This hotel’s location can’t be beat. They gutted several old buildings and connected them to create a hotel with many of the amenities you expect from a Hilton. Right in the old town WITH PARKING! Which was perfect for us since there is nothing better than a road trip throughout Europe. We got a big beautiful suite #355 with a view of the old town. Absolutely stunning. The only reason I gave such a low score…..the smell!!!!! OMG it was worse than anything I have ever smelled in my life. There was a drain in the bathroom and every morning a horrific smell best described as a sewer would come wake us up. We will never forget it. It is now our inside joke when something smells bad we call it a 355 situation. We did not complain as there is obviously something wrong with their plumbing. So, not much they could do other than give us another room. And since we were only there 2 nights, we didn’t think there was any point. We just got the hell out of the room in the morning. Now if it had smelled the entire day it would have been a different story. We hate to complain but that smell would have been unbearable for any extended period of time. Not sure if they have this problem in other rooms but if you get suite #355 you’ve been warned. All in all I would definitely stay in the hotel again. The breakfast buffet had everything you would expect. The location and the parking can’t be beat. I would just make sure I didn’t get room #355.

The hotel is located in the old town square, making it a great access to historical part of Gdansk. Breakfast was average and not worth the cost. Restaurant staff seemed little busy.
