We had a wonderful stay at Traunbachhäusl. Right down the road is a great playgrounds for the kids. Breakfast was very lovely, great service and comfortable beds!

Very warm and welcoming. Great base for exploring and easy walking distance of an evening to bars and restaurants. Boris the owner could not have made us more welcome

The picture of the hotel is misleading, the size of the bathroom is ridiculous , it’s why the glass panels of the shower fold , I doubt that a fat person can go in if the glass panels are unfold . You can hear your neighbour chatting, watching tv, making intimate noises, going to the toilets , having their shower.the bed is uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet is really poor . They don’t serve dinner . The park car it’s too small as a result if you arrive late ( 6pm) you must park outside. I don’t recommend this hotel, it’s too expensive for the service offered however you will find nice hotels in the village with larger size rooms, real bathrooms larger and separate toilets at the same rate . Last but not least the owner is not very nice .

Stayed in the top floor room. Yes, there were stairs and no elevator. If we had needed help, the owner would of been happy to help with luggage. The room was very comfortable for 6 of us. The owner could not have been nicer and informed us of many activities in the area. The breakfast table setting was beautiful and the food was typical European. Would stay here again!

Excellent staff, really nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Suite was big and comfortable. Walk distance from small city and spa, mini-golf, amusement park. You got a ticket from hotel and could go free to the spa, amusement park and lifts up to the mountain, also you could use the buses by free.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The staff even served us breakfast later in the morning than would normally be expected for breakfast (we had a late night). My only complaint is that we could only log one device at a time onto the Internet. Nice hotel in a beautiful Bavarian town.

The village of Ruhpolding is the centre of a myriad of activities. Our interest was hiking, and the surrounding hills (mountains) provided the perfect venue for that. We were able to make use of the free transportation to visit surrounding areas, which provided access to many walks.

We stayed a night while we are on our way from Salzburg to Hallstatt. Although is just a night but we are very happy with the staff there. Very friendly and helpfull.

Rupholding is amazingly beautiful. Hotel stay was excellent, very co-operative staff, hotel owner is extremly co-operative and helpful. Would definatley like to visit rupholding again and prefer to stay at same hotel, highly recommended

It was a very nice and comfy family hotel with excellent breakfast. We watched football games in the lounge with some other guests from Amsterdam and we enjoyed the nights very much. the rooms are clean with comfy beds.

Hotel is very cozy and the hotel boss is very friendly and offers lots of information for us tourists. Only setback is that the room is slightly small. Love to go back to visit and stay in the hotel again.

Great hotel, very comfortable stay and welcoming service. The owner was very friendly to us and willing to go above and beyond to help us with directions and travel tips. The breakfast was great, the selection, quality and service was wonderful. Best hotel we have ever stayed.
