A simple and nice hotell. 2 adults and 2 kidds. Perfect side room and had everything needed. Breakfast had everything one could wish for.

Booked quad room last minute and was turned out to be an excellent choice. Spacious, practical and clean room, good breakfast. Pleasant walk to the city centre.

We stayed their at the start and end of our trip. Never seems too busy , even with the breakfast seating full there were soon tables free. At breakfast, staff quickly clean vacated tables and refill the food and drinks promptly.

Hotel was Ok for the money, Breakfast was good, shower was hot. It shows its age (worn) and has limited parking I had to street park about 200 meters away

This is an amazing hotel, the staff is outstanding. They would do anything to make your stay excellent. The breakfast is amazing it has all the options and varieties that suit all needs. I would like to thank the reception personnel, specially the amazing Ms. Bianca who has a lot of experience and is so intelligent, helpful and wise. The outstanding Ms. Juluette who did her best to respond to our needs instantly and was always supportive and helpful. Ms. Bernadette, with her cherrfulness and willingness to help made us feel very comfortable. Ms.Denissa. The breakfast staff works very hard also. Thanks to Ms. Nathalia and all the staff I really would like to thank them one by one. I would definitely return to that hotel if I come back to Kalsruhe.

Hotel was ok but kinda outdated

I chose this hotel because they offered free wifi, free parking and was supposed to be clean and nice. - No working wifi - No parking available when we arrived - Old and dirty room Totally discussing!
