The hotel is located in a nice area in the center everything is walkable. Rooms are nice and clean and staff are nice as well

I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2017 . This place is getting worse every year . This is the 3rd time in past 3 years I am getting a dirty room and bunch of long hair in the towels . Cleaning is 0. The showers are falling apart . Towels are very old ( overused ) . Front desk managers Tigran and Armen and their staff are very nice , plus those guys behind the bar .
