Elevator wasn’t working for the two days that we were there.Staff offered help with luggage but still was an inconvenience .Very nice pool,hot tub , sauna.

Great property. Excellent staff from front desk to housekeeping. Excellent English spoken. Very convenient position. Extensive breakfast & great tapas bar. Above all , a Sealy mattress that was very comfortable, unlike most European hotels with hard beds!

Extremely helpfull staff. Our room was bright and roomy. Beds were very comfortable and as a result we loved staying there.

The hotel is well placed in the middle of the town, but car access is difficult and stressful. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly, but I have two complaints:
The rooms are minute. We were 2 plus dog and felt quite claustrophobic. Also the off-site parking in a public car park is much too narrow for a large car, causing significant damage to mine. We were so disappointed but these 2 factors that we cut our stay short and left a day early. Will never go back!
