Very friendly staff. Easy to get in and out of the building, very safe. Excellent, spacious room with table, chairs and a full kitchen. Super clean.

Room was very clean and check in was easy. Communication was great as well. Only down side was the mattress was uncomfortable

This hotel does not have a full time staff so when we arrived early we were unable to access the building. However , we were able to reach Dana by a phone number left outside. He was polite and told us that we can check in earlier but it wouldn’t be until later. We came back later and met with Dana who was then able to give us a room an hour or so before actual check in. The room was large and well cleaned. It has a small kitchen area, two full beds and a bathroom. Plenty of space for the three of us. It is located down the road from our daughter’s school, has a river edge walk directly behind it and near several eateries. Picture yourself in a large house where all rooms have a kitchen and bathroom. Overall a great stay, great location and polite and friendly staff. I wish to thank Dana for his communication with us and commend him for his service. We will definitely be seeking to stay here more often while visiting our daughter. The one pain point were the small pillows on the beds. Not sure why locations are placing cushion size pillows for guest but that is not for me to decide and still will not sway our decision and/or recommendation.

We had a great experience and would stay again. The desk clerk was great, very friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed with lots of space and was very clean.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a girls trip. There is a trail entrance right behind that leads to the Charles River too, which was very picturesque with the fall leaves changing color. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a good deal for what we got! We stayed here over night to visit a friend and it was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Nice little walking trail behind the hotel. Kitchen in the room has lots of kitchen stuff in it. Dana is very kind and helpful. Couch was very big and we all watched a movie on the couch! Definitely staying here again next time we come down!

The place was nice and tucked away on Crescent St, just down from the watch factory. Room was clean and spacious. The bed was old spring bed which was so so for comfort. Everything else was good.

Dana was very friendly and helpful upon check in. He made things clear and explained all that there was to offer in the area and the space itself. The room was spacious and the kitchen was great. I loved the trail behind the hotel and found a quiet space to sit by the water and enjoy the quiet. Would stay again for a longer duration next time I’m in or around Boston!

Nice and clean. Spacious room. Full kitchen with oven. Very available gym on my floor at all times.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The little park behind it is super nice and the proximity to a multitude of restaurants within walking distance is a huge plus. Hotel staff was very helpful and informative upon check-in.

Love the availability of a kitchenette in the room. Got brownie points from my MIL for that. It's spacious and definitely nice to have without feeling tight for a family of 3-4. It was peaceful to go for morning walk behind the facility along the Charles River. Quiet and tranquil with lotuses along the side. Will definitely stay again next time in Boston.

Love the availability of a kitchenette in the room. Got brownie points from my MIL for that. It's spacious and definitely nice to have without feeling tight for a family of 3-4. It was peaceful to go for morning walk behind the facility along the Charles River. Quiet and tranquil with lotuses along the side. Will definitely stay again next time in Boston.

We came to the area for the Metallica concert weekend. It was an easy drive to Gillette Stadium, gps said 40ish .in but it only tool 30min. Also, easy drive into Boston. We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Suites! Check-in was super easy! The only eeason i gave 4 stars for communication and property condition was because there were a few small things that could be done to improve. I would have liked specific check-out instructions, like where should I put dirty towels, do i need to put dishes from the dishwasher away, stuff like that. I did not personally have any issues with the property condition, I thought it was fine, but there was a decorative piece on the bottom of the desk leg that fell off most likely when housekeeping cleaned last time. Could be a problem if a guest has small children. Carpet could use some updating but it was clean. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless and had everything i needed to cook. Only thinhs i would add are a sharp knife to cut meat and a sponge to wash dishes.
Would definitely stay again!
