The place is in a good location. About 30 minutes from Boston. There is a robot which can deliver the necessities to the room.

The AC fan is a little bit noisy.

Comfortable room and bed. Decent location near offices and businesses, though pretty isolated. Robot delivery of items to the room is fun.

Poor communication and no service. Completely unresponsive, even up to the general manager. Loud heat system makes it difficult to sleep. Lobby and bar area are freezing.

The hotel bar was extremely expensive and I felt over priced. I would return to stay but would go to a nearby restaurant or bar instead of going to the hotel bar.

Excellent location and looked nice

Beds were way too soft, felt really old. Front desk staff and bar staff were very rude and unfriendly, cost for food and drink was outrageous, no one answer my noise complaint about the couple in the room next to us having loud sex between 11:00pm and 2:00am. Cost for room not worth what was provided.

Don't do early breakfast, but all looked great and good.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was amazing! Restaurant was very nice. We loved that they had a dedicated floor where no pets are allowed. We have allergies to pets and it was so nice knowing that no dogs or cats had been in the room. It was very quiet for being a large hotel.

The staff were pleasant.

The walls were paper thin. If someone opened their door it was very loud. The ac was loud. The refrigerator was loud. Had to call down to the front desk at 12:30 pm to ask if they could do something about the loud drunk people next door. It was a screaming kid the night before. Got between 5 to 6 hours of sleep each night.

I paid for breakfast when booking through booking.com however the guy at the desk insisted that he could not see any reference to breakfast being included in the rate I paid. For this reason, I found myself having breakfast outside in the office. Overall a most unsatisfactory experience.

There was a beatle or bug on my sheets. Had wings so not bed bug. I crushed it and left for housekeeping. No restaurants open after 10:00. $15 for parking seemed crazy for Waltham

Westin used to be a quasi-luxury hotel. I don't feel this is the case anymore. Clean and comfortable, to be sure, which is the most important attribute, but the satellite TV service is horrible, the channel selection is pathetic, you downgraded the soap, the front desk literally did not answer the phone all morning on day of arrival after pressing the appropriate option, and where is the fruit-infused water in the lobby? Never mind, you don't have the staff to pull that off.
