Maintenance is obviously low on the priority list! Property is old and it shows, but the rates are low and I guess you get what you paid for.

Great price range for those who don't have much $. As the saying goes you get what u pay for, I'm not all that satisfied with the cleanliness of some of the rooms but, hey they do have the basics clean sheets and towels and toilet paper.

It was the worst hotel i have ever been in , i genuinely dont know how the city allows it to stay open

Checked in and tried to walk directly to my room, the door to outside was cracked and blocked. Only ice machine was in pieces. Strong cleaning smell in room.

The first room we checked into was under construction, the desk receptionist had no idea. The second room had mouse poop all over the counters, cockroaches near the door & the toilet was busted. Not only that, the area alone felt tense and there were an uncomfortable amount of people lurking the parking lot at late hours (12:30-1AM)

I will say the afternoon desk man was lovely and very helpful. The place is filthy. Run down, full of broken and mismatched items. The toilet wobbled. There was literally feces on both the toilet and floor. The morning desk help ASKED FOR DOCS ON MY SERVICE ANIMAL - and was really indignant when I told her this was illegal. Management is clearly misrepresented because they have their employees under the impression that this is acceptable but it is absolutely against the federal guidelines established in the ADA. No, obviously I don’t recommend staying here.

My room for me and my 1 year old was dirty the covers were nasty , the sink on the other side was broken . Toilet was not clean . No remote , it was just not cleaned and nasty

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Go anywhere else besides here. The room and entire property are super dirty. The bathtub had not been cleaned in YEARS! We were tired so we were just going to sleep and get up early in the morning and leave, but right after I got undressed and in bed an employee of the hotel knocked on our door. My husband answered and the employee pushed past my husband and into our room. I was sitting on the bed in my underwear and the man was less than 3ft from me while I was almost naked in bed. He told us we had to go back up to the front desk and re-check in again. We had only been in the room 15 minutes. Needless to say, we packed up our things and got a refund and left this God forsaken place. This place should not be listed on any website. This hotel is over run with druggies and is absolutely disgusting. They had to give 3 other guests refunds due to the unsatisfactory conditions while we waited to file a complaint against the employee who pushed into our room while I was almost naked. I've been sexually assaulted before, this was the most traumatic experience. Sleep in your car in the Walmart parking lot over this place!

The rooms were so dirty, we asked to move to another room but the second was almost as bad as the first. The toilet leaked and water was all over the bathroom floor, stains and mold everywhere. Outlet covers left open and exposed wires hanging out. Will not go back.

There were plenty of rooms available that we're not being worked on. The TV had no remote, there were wires hanging out of the TV. The lamp in the front did not work. The bathroom counter looked like somebody had said on it and it was barely secured to the wall. We tried not to even use it due to the condition it was in. The first night we were there I walked outside to some promotion there we're a few cops knocking on somebody's door looking for somebody. The next day after getting off work we went to eat and then we got back there were about 10 police officers at the complex trying to get someone to come out of the room and this went on from about 9:45 so probably 12:00 or 1:00 in the morning. There were a group of other guests outside making noise talking loudly I do not think we even got to bed till one or two. I would not recommend and I will never stay there again.

There 6 days and they never cleaned the room or brought clean towels. Had roaches and no toilet paper. Same bum tried selling me stuff and bumming 3 different days
