Overall our stay was good. We had car issues on the way and i called to let them know we wouldn't be checking in until after the concert we were going to. Then i got a call during the concert from them that i wasn't able to answer. We got to the hotel to check in and even though we had pre-paid for a king bed they only had queen. Nothing was done about it....we were not compensated in any way for the mistake. Was told that a queen room is the same price as a king room.... this i do not believe. The lication was convenient to our needs and the hotel was clean. My only issue would ve the fact we should have been charged then for a queen room instead of a king..... cause let's be real they can't be the same price or all of the rooms with a single bed would be king. They could have given us breakfast to make up for it since there was no continental breakfast but i believe it was $15 a person. We didn't eat there but went out instead.

We stayed for two nights to visit the Louisville sites, including Distilleries, Louisville Slugger Museum, Churchill Downs, etc. The location was very good and the rate was reasonable. We also took advantage of our IHG membership for free breakfasts. The hotel was clean and modern but there were some maintenance issues that need attention. e.g. bathroom door didn't latch, coat hook broken off, ice maker out of order, back entry door not operational with room key. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. On one morning, the dining area was understaffed - only one person to wait/clear tables and also do the cooking. She was especially friendly and helpful!

The room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The area was nice and conveniently located to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Limited parking, if you arrive back to the hotel late you have to park in a garage a short distance away. My car windows along with 6 others were bashed in over night and the hotel wanted nothing to do with it. You are surrounded by homeless people and a shady side of town. Spend your money at a different hotel closer to the river with more parking and security.

Tried to check in at 12:30. The lady didn’t allow me to, which is understandable, but then didn’t confirm that u was in town, parked at the hotel, and that I tried to check in. She also didn’t get off the phone the whole time I was talking to her. But most importantly, she didn’t mention anything about having to make sure I called back or anything before 10pm. So at 10pm they gave my room away. I was left without a place to stay. Not cool, since I had booked 8 mo in advance and paid for the room, and checked the status just 2 weeks earlier. They didn’t call when they were going to give it away/verify I was going to check in, only afterwards to tell me I didn’t have a room.

I LIKE EVERYTHING.

Horrible you pay for parking and still don’t have a parking spot available if you charge $17 for parking.. don’t add taxes.. shower & room both out dated.. will not return to many issue & hidden fees ..

Nice room

We live in the country and it was noisy outside.

Layout is awkward but we got used to it There was no mention of paying to park until checkout. Overall it was nice. Just a couple little annoying type things
