Sauipe Premium Brisa offered all the comforts and services of an all-inclusive resort with the friendliness and flavour of the ‘Bahiano’.
The hotel was not very good communicating with me prior to my arrival as they did not answer my emails or attempts to contact them via telephone (only their central reservations numbers were available on their website) but members of the staff were quick to help me with my requests upon our arrival.

We have a reservation on that hotel and they put us to another hotel inferior, after 3 days back and for finally they transfer us to the one that we paid for. But if we didn’t say anything we would stay 7 nights on the wrong one. WHAT A SHAME

Nice hotel close to the beach. No english speaking hotel employees. Some activities that are sold like "included" are being charged!!!!

It is not an all inclusive!!! At least not one to spend as much as they charge!! The food was the most disappointing thing I had to ever deal with! I've stayed in quite a few all inclusive properties and this one was just shoking!! I took my goddaughter and her mom to spend the festivities of Saint Jones - which usually has the most delicious delicacies of Brazilian cuisine and we basically couldn't eat what they offered... We had to bring our own alcohol because whatever they offered there except for the beer was just horrible or extremely cheep... the bedroom and staff were the best thing at this place... everyone was gentle and ready to help at all times!! It's just not worth all of he money and a extremely long drive to basically be stuck on Sauípe! As a baiana I was always curious and dreamed to spend a vacation there... well not at this cost and for what I got for sure!!

Fantastic experience. Perfect location near by beautiful beach. Well trained staffs always serving drinks and foods. Our family decided to visit there every year.
