We've just returned from 5 wonderful days at this stunning hotel. It has amazing staff, great food (the breakfast buffet with al la carte options is one of the best we've had, and we had our favourite evening meal at Eternal Blue ), a well-equipped gym with matrix equipment, and super clean facilities throughout the hotel. The beach and pool areas are typically quiet and nicely spaced out, as guests tend to use the private pools provided in most rooms.

From the moment I arrived at Nana Princess I knew it was going to be a special holiday. A glass of champagne, a pen with my name on it to complete forms and a tour of the resort all with minimal fuss. The rooms are a technology delight, the private pool, the main pool, the pool bar, the staff, breakfast, restaurants, all simply perfect. The spa is definitely worthy of an experience too. I went to the Nana Princess solo, and throughout was made to feel very welcome - it was fine to be on your own. I can't wait to return and experience this spot of paradise in Crete again!

Nana princess is a true above five star experience. The grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are huge and well appointed. We had a two story suite with a private pool. Really well appointed amenities, bathrooms are high tech and showers light up and mirrors have lcd screens built in. The hotel is quiet luxury; and next door you can use the facilities like water park at Nana Golden. The private beach at Nana Princess is also clear and pristine, cabanas and amazing service; the nana golden beach was not as nice. Truly enjoyed our stay as we like quieter resorts that don't feel crowded. What stands out is the service. Every single person at Nana Princess goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome like family. Sofia at guest relations was truly the best! She is so kind helpful and caring. She gave us many amazing dining recs though out our stay and arranged our taxis and everything. The staff is really exceptional and stellar here. The food at meat in point was delicious as well, kids loved it so much we ate lunch there 5 days in a row, and the service standard at bfast lunch and everywhere is all platinum level. Will definitely be back.

My family and I are much travelled, in my case for business and leisure. This was the best holiday resort hotel that I/we have ever stayed at! The location is supreme, there are views of the ocean from all rooms and as soon as you walk into the reception area, the backdrop is the ocean - it is stunning. There are so many highlights though: I have never been to a hotel where the staff are constantly cleaning, it was spotless. The facilities are excellent, there was plenty of space and everything that you needed - plenty of swimming pools as well as private pools for most rooms. The food quality was superb, fish, meat and vegan dishes. I read that the chefs are Michelin-starred and I can believe it. Note, that the lunch and evening meals were not buffet-style, you choose from a menu, however, that made the quality even higher in our opinion. The biggest highlight for us were the employees. We have never experienced such personal care anywhere else, from Dimitris the general manager, Michalis the restaurant manager, Thomas the operations manager and the incredible reception and client guest services team. Truly, nothing was ever too much for them, we became friends and they made us feel part of their family. A big mention to Sophia, Chrisa and Maria too! I can’t speak highly enough of them and the biggest tell, is that we can’t wait to go back!

Very quiet and serene. The sister property next door offers loads of fun activities for the family, but is loud and relatively crowded. It was nice to be able to use the Nana Golden Beach facilities and water park and then retreat back to the peace and tranquility of the Nana Princess. We have stayed in many 5 star properties and this could be the best when considering value for the price!

This resort hotel is like an escape from the hustle of the island with a nice beach access. Our suite was extremely elegant and relaxing with a jacuzzi tub inside and an exterior hot tub. It also came with a gym, reminding you to stay healthy after the delicious breakfast brunch buffet and meals from other restaurants on site.

From the 5 Star welcome, which included the hostess receiving us with beverages,tour of the property and helping us to familiarize ourselves with the hi-tech features in our room, to the excellent breakfast and overall experience, it is definitely a class of its own. We stayed in a seaview room which also came with a private pool. The room was well furnished, including blackout curtains, and they always maintained the room by making the bed in our absence and also left sweet treats and wine for us. The review will not be complete without mentioning the guest relations staff. Angeliki and Sofia were the two staff members who ensured we had a comfortable stay and answered all our questions about the hotel, the general area, dinner recommendations etc. They were extremely friendly and helpful and were there to greet us at breakfast and later in the evening. When there was a technical issue with the TV in the room, Sofia appeared right away and helped us figure it out and also had the technician show up immediately. She was informative about the village (Chersonissos), While we immensely enjoyed their excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, baked goods etc., and the hospitality during the breakfast, our stay would have been perfect if the restaurants offered more choices of vegetarian dishes for dinner. We dined only one night in the restaurant as the options were quite limited for vegetarian entrees and sides. Hoping to see more vegetarian options during our next visit.
