Hotel well located by the railway station but only 15-20 minutes walk to the centre. Room not very large but very clean and fully acceptable. Breakfast was very good offering both hot and cold choices. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommended especially if arriving by train.

1 min from station, shopping area, restaurants

I stayed here 2 years in a row for Tomorrowland. It's perfect. It's literally across the street from the central train station and a Starbucks. The price is very reasonable. The rooms are clean. The staff is helpful. There is a spacious lobby area to hang out in. Breakfast is decent. The area is very convenient, close to Chinatown and many other restaurants. I would keep staying here for future Tomorrowland trips.

A clean and tidy hotel in a convenient location for visiting the city. A 15 minute walk puts you in the historic centre with Grote Markt and Groen Plaats easily accessible. The hotel breakfast offers a fair selection, although occasionally plates and mugs need replenishing a little more frequently. Our room was immaculately clean, had everything we needed (with the possible exception of a fridge). Beds were fairly comfortable if a little firm, although the air conditioning didn't seem to be doing anything useful as when set to 19C, it got no cooler than 22C and was 23.5C when going to sleep. Not a problem, but a nice addition would be some USB sockets near the beds. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at the reception were lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed the variety in the breakfast buffet and the staff was very efficient—even being able to take care of everything despite working alone at the front.

I miss small spoons (eating eggs).Its better to get Breakfast at 8 o clock am , because after it is crowded and not all personal can handle it with the used dishes etc.. The tram-/ metrostation is nearby, also the bus station (1 day ticket 6,50 €, 3 days ticket 15 €).

The location is great, right next to the railway station. Breakfast was good and the city landmarks were within walking distance.

Great location next to Antwerpen-Centraal station. Several Tram/Metro/Bus stop directly in front of hotel, with a large variety of dining and shopping options. Make sure to visit the Chocolate Museum… it is fantastic!

With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer training program for hotel staff please. Definitely not coming back. Pay money and not getting equivalent respect.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location perfect. The family room was massive and the kids loved sitting at the big window watching the train station. Breakfast was well presented with good options. Parking wasn't very clear but we found another option which was close by and only 20Eu
