I didn't see that other reviews on the highway noise prior, but I didn't look either. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper so I could get over that, but the room itself was pretty noisy. There was a clicking coming through the walls that kept waking me up along with the loud AC turning on and off.

Place was very clean and modern... Sara was super from check-in to check-out...

Great hotel with amazing service . In a good location to access all of Boston. In foot . The hotel is near a freeway so rooms can be noice from the road

The stay was ok at best the room service was terrible. We placed the sign on the door to have it seviced and all they did was place new towels.

Parking was not good, but you can pay $62 a day for parking.
Be careful because they will tow your vehicle if you park in the parking lot.
I think desk staff should inform their guest at check-in.
Other than parking, I think its an ok place to book.

Room was excellent, but opening times of bar and restaurant was not great. Breakfast teabags in the rooms would with kettle to make a cup of tea would have been nice. First time this has not been an option for me staying in a Hotel. It was very good that they had a registration station on our floor.

Everything went well. The room was nice and clean. The front desk staff were excellent! The only negatives are the highway noise (can't do anything about that) and the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. I didn't pull it out on the second night, just slept on the couch.

They didn’t touch our room on the first night of a 2 day stay we didn’t even receive fresh towels because no one came to our room at all. Not impressed told the fellow when we checked out not sure if he shared that info with anyone.

The priperty was located next to a highway and a heavily traveled wholefoods. I would say the property folks are dishonest, was forced to overpay in parking for 2 day. Property did not tell me there was another lot for less that they own. Room price doubled from one day to the next, not the price originally quoted to me. Not happy with the stay at all, I feel ripped off.

A/C unit was a bit too loud, and being next to the highway made the noise way worse, but it was bearable. the guy at the front desk doesn’t have a good attitude for customer service. Seems he is bothered by it. You don’t get daily cleaning. Other than that, pretty decent stay.
