For the price the hotel is very good. Breakfast was good with variety of foods. You get a lot of amenities in the bathroom literally everything you need, I didn't get so many things in much more expensive hotels. For the room it is getting little outdated and old but if you go to the hotel only for a sleep you won't mind older furniture. Shower pressure was good and water was hot too.

Good location. Specious and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful too. I will stay here again if I visit Vientiane in future.

The location is good. It’s close to the most attractions in Vientiane. The room is spacious and clean though I would say the cleanliness can be improved further. The breakfast was really good taken into account the price. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

1- SPA service very unpleasant.
2- Very noisy environment and no soundproof in the room so you ear very well what's going, above and on the floor. And outside is a very busy street. Bring your earplugs!
3- The refrigerator freezes everything no matter the setting.
4- The whirlpool bath didn't work.
5- There's a hole in the door, everybody from outside could have a pretty good peak of inside the room.
6- The lock doesn't work properly. When I had to open my door, it was quite a hassle. Took more than a minute every time.
7- I stayed there for 7 nights and they never changed the sheets on my bed. Also never cleaned the mirror behind the sink. Maybe it's out of respect but they never moved any of my things to clean the counter under.
8- Breakfast, basic and mainly flavorless.
Everything in the room was outdated, but it was clean; my white socks were proof of that.
So a lot of little things, but the bed was very comfortable and with earplugs, the sleep was very good. It's still a good choice if you don't expect a 3 stars north american standards, especially with such an attractive price.

The room was comfortable, but it was not a family room as the single bed for 11 year old was crammed beside the queen bed.
Twice we were in the room when cleaner came, she rushed around changed the towels, emptied 1 of 2 bins, never left toilet paper and quickly brushed the floor.
Only 1 channel on the television had a clear enough picture to watch.
The breakfast was very good, fresh fruit and food, very quick to replenish anything, good variety.
No parking only on the street directly in front of hotel or across the road if not too busy.
Staff on the door were very helpful and smiling.
Although there are some negatives, it is in a good location and i would recommend to friends, i too will stay there again.

The hotel was pretty close to everything and you need to get the Grab app to get there and very close to night market and fair so was there every night to eat. The room was very clean and was cleaned every day and useful swimming pool to top up my tan and The breakfast in the morning was also good for the value.

Friendly staff. Air-conditioning didn't work well and the machine dripped all night. The room and corridors had an awful, overpowering smell - possibly bug spray. Feel sick and have a dreadful headache after staying there.
