It needs a deep cleaning especially in hallways and room bathrooms and toilets. Bad Indira requires the use of chemical disinfectants and antibacterials

Not the best, not the worst... If you can stay in a different place you should. Unreachable by phone to be able to coordinate an early check in, we arrived an hour and a half before check in, to leave our bags and just have our 5 y/o use the bathroom. The clerk told us we'd have to pay the early check in fee, we even explained, we just want to drop everything off and leave (the place was empty). The room was available and clean, but still wanted to charge the fee, which would of cost half the normal price of one nights stay. This has never happened to us before. Unaccomadating.
The staff is friendly. The main issue, I believe, is the hotel administration, maintenance, and policies should be reviewed.
Sheets and carpet are outdated and old, floor under the beds was noticeably dirty. Room we stayed in was dark, not just hotel dark, darker.
Don't get me wrong, it's not filthy, sheets and beds were clean, and the bathroom as well. But the sheets (had a hole) and bathrooms, including fixtures, have seen better days.
This place has so much potential, but has been let go a bit. There's better places to stay, at the same or lower price point, trying to compare apples for apples here.

I really enjoyed the bed at this property. It was really comfortable and neatly clean everyday. Also, appreciated the working hot water which was easy to use. Also, the breakfast was good, and I recommend the cafe attached to the hotel.
Sadly, inspite of the good service and some nice ammenities, such as the pool, which is key in a city this hot, I have to say there were several inconveniences:
1. The room key got locked everyday at my return to the hotel for some reason (one week stay).
2. There were 2 instances in which I found my door poorly closed at my return. Nothing missing, I am guessing a consecuence of the cleaning procedures.
3. The towels smelled clean, but had some stains in them.
For these reasons, I have to give it a 3-star review overall as its price range is expected to be better.

I honestly loved the room we had, it was also very clean and neat for sure. Only problem was that every time I left the room I expect it to be clean and got no service for it. I mean I was paying to stay there right!! But other than that it was very nicely done. ☺️

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is extremely convenient, and the staff is incredibly helpful—always ready to assist with a smile. The property itself is nice, but it seems like the ownership isn’t paying enough attention to some important details.
Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn’t great, and the bedding seemed a bit worn out. I also encountered issues with the hot water pressure, which seemed to depend on the usage in other rooms.
Overall, while the staff and location are excellent, there are areas where improvements could make a big difference.

An option for a fridge and microwave would have been nice. That said the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.
