The rooms are big, clean and quiet. The bar restaurant area is excellent and the staff are actually helpful.

It was really basic, not as unique looking as the pictures made it out to be. A/C didn't work great but it was better than nothing. Breakfast was really basic. Not great value for the price we paid, but it was a place to stay.

Service personnel is absolutely great and nice. The resort though is weird and old. Additionally I would say it isn't in a nice area in Gili either. Wouldn't stay here again.

The whole resort has a chilled feeling with lots of cool buildings and facilities. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we loved having a private enclosed front garden and a half-outdoors bathroom out the back. The pool is very good with varied depths. What stands out is the staff’s manners, attention to detail and helpfulness; they were all lovely! We enjoyed our breakfasts in the morning and the bar itself was nice, especially having a dedicated beachfront area for eating and relaxing on loungers.

Nice quiet hotel, in the side of Gili Air with most restaurants and bar. The room is confortable with a nice open air bathroom and a little garden. The swimming pool is gorgeous. Staff is really nice, you have a nice breakfast in the price with local food or international breakfast. Barbecue is possible at night. Baby bed cote available for free.

(Couple from Norway) The hotel is very nice, and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is also pretty good, and they will do their best to help you in any way. Theres only two pointers; - The toilet in our room barelly flushed, so we had to flush 4 times just about every time we went to the toilet - the beaches are fine, but bring some bathing shoes. There’s corrals all over the island so you need to use shoes everywhere when you go for a swim :) All in all: you’ll enjoy your stay here!

Boots, the owner, has done a great job hiring and training wonderful and efficient staff. The décor all over the resort is quirky and great.

Stayed at this hotel while spending 3 days at Gili Air. It's an eco friendly hotel with comfortable rooms, friendlt staff and a calm atmosphere. The room was clean, with an outdoor private bathroom (which was actually fun) and decent air con. Would definitely stay here again

We had a double room with garden view - garden view is your own small walled courtyard which means the room is set back off that. It was really dark in there & the air con wasn’t amazing. Bed is comfy. The pictures make the place look way more fancier than it is. The grounds aren’t anything special, the pools ok. The breakfast & restaurant are really good. The hotel is also right outside a great snorkelling spot. The shower was cold!! This side of the island has a lot more restaurants & shops so great for that & you can easily get a bike & pedal round the island (except where sand is too soft on the path & you do end up pushing the bike)

Spent 4 nights here. Belair has a spa, a pool, decent food, snorkelling off the hotel beach. Cold Bintangs and good music. The staff were excellent-friendly and helpful. All the ingredients for a good holiday

The Island was fantastic, so quiet, no cars or motorbikes, very relaxed. The hotel was nice and clean, the bed did make me laugh when I saw the green lights underneath :-) The room was a reasonable size and when you take in your own little courtyard, quite good, the courtyard is actually a little drab with the garden but this could be to reduce mosquitoes. Nice pool area and an outside gym. Overall very happy with the stay and would stay again.
