The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful.

its nice and quiet, good services. also its a little bit tricky to find it yet it is near downtown that worked perfect for me.
