A nice hotel. There is plentiful parking, and it is within walking distance of the historic district. It is not, I would say, in the best area. And I'm not sure if I would want to be walking about at night. But the property was very nice.

The hotel is nice and clean, walking distance from most of the local attractions. There was no complimentary water provided in the room. The room service came in even though the no service request was hung on the door knob. The front desk didn't give any satisfactory reply upon inquiry.

Happy with my stay overall, although a bit pricey for what it really is especially when you add 15 Euros a day for parking. Hotel is an easy 20 min walk to the main area, there is a metro station across the road but wasn’t needed. Good breakfast selection, although the thimble like glasses for the drinks were rather irritating. Would stay again recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. We booked a junior suite because we were here for 7 nights - the extra space made it very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were really good, and we ate in the hotel restaurant twice - lovely food and good value (discount for hotel guests). The hotel is right next to the metro, which is modern and a bonus for travel in the eastern half of Porto (good luck with the buses in the western half). The 3-day "tourist" travelcard is great value but can't be bought everywhere (nearest is Trindade station). We loved the local restaurant Nova Era - mainly locals, really friendly - recommended.
