Overall the property was fine. The staff was great! VERY friendly and VERY helfpful. They even arranged a 2pm checkout when we woke up late. The only negative was the. AC. Even though the rooms are supposed to have air conditioning, they did not. It was unbearable. We were changed to a different room - same problem. And the same for our travel companion. We had to sleep naked and without a covering. The shower also had a problem: the water did not stay in the shower space. Instead it covered the bathroom floor and made the hallway carpeting wet too.

I do not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. They give you a price and then charge you a higher price upon arrival. The team treated them very poorly and did not welcome the guests in a proper way. There were problems with the receptionist upon arrival. In the rooms there is no safe to store your money, no closet to arrange clothes in properly, and there is not even a refrigerator to put a bottle of cold water in. This hotel does not even deserve three stars, perhaps one star is enough, even if not less than that as well. A very bad experience compared to the money paid, which varies by several euros via online payment. The geographical location of the hotel is also bad and the room service is also bad, not cleaning properly.
