It was an amazing stay, very accomodating, friendly and helpful staff, bilingual staff, the cleaning was top notch. We were amazed by the palace, it's modern, well located and comfortable.

The hotel itself is awesome, very clean, very safe. The staff very friendly, professional, easy to get along with, always ready to help the guest. I would most definitely recommend it to everyone.

The staff were friendly and the decor of the hotel and room were as described. The prices was even better. This was my first time to N.L. and I definitely would return.

Clean, safe, quiet, well-maintained, modern-looking hotel, near to shopping district. WiFi this time was convenient and worked well. The breakfast is good and makes the price effectively quite competitive. The cheapest rooms don't have windows, which can be a plus or a minus to some guests.

Was charged full price when arrived at the property. I would not recommend this hotel. Was taken advantage of.

Felt very safe, Room was clean. the only thing I did not like was the step up into the restroom. I jammed my toe trying to get in there.
