Check-in was fast and easy. The room was a good size and it was clean. The breakfast served every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed on the 14th floor and my favorite part was the balcony, it gave you a beautiful view of Tbilisi and opportunity to smoke if you're a smoker.

Except check in process everything was fine. No car can stop in front off the hotel, you have to walk to the corner of the street.

Very good service, punctual airport pick up and drop off. Staff spoke excellent English and was very hospitable. Lovely view over city from the balcony

This was a new building in the city. Definitely if you go to Tbilisi stay in a new property. The room was nice, the bathroom and walk-in shower were large, the staff was nice, arranged transport to and from airport, gave me a lunch as I left for the airport. The included breakfast every morning was a large spread. Very nice experience, I would stay there again.

We loved our stay at Ameri Plaza Hotel. The staff were just amazing. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning as the spread was plentiful and so so delicious. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Stsyd for 1 nigth and came back for 2 moor. Lasha the receptionist was vey kind and helped us getting around. The hotel is not in the old city but it is ~6 lari with a taxi. Big rooms.very comfortbal. Recomended!!

Very good excellent staff good very clean hotel great views of Tbilisi from front rooms in Tbilisi.

The staff at Ameri Plaza were very helpful with arranging transportation for us both from the airport and also into the countryside. They were quick and thorough in answering questions prior to our arrival and also kept us informed during our stay. We received an upgrade to one of our rooms, but both rooms for our family were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. The breakfast was very tasty and had many options, including a few different choices each morning. Though the hotel is located a bit farther away from the Old Town, it is very conveniently located near a metro station and it is very easy to access the metro system. There are food/coffee options nearby and the neighborhood feels busy enough to be comfortable, but also quiet enough to be enjoyable in the evenings.

Totally we are very satisfied with this hotel. We highly recommended to travelers to stay in this hotel. Very nice and neat hotel. Rating of this hotel should be 4 star. Nice view in balcony. Spacious rooms, breakfast with different varieties and tasty.
