The hotel was very nice especially the garden and koi pond. I wish location awas a little closer to town and that it wasn’t off such a busy street.

Immaculate grounds with nice gardens. Rooms seemed to be renovated within the last few years. Only complaint was that walls were a little thin — woken up by housekeeping one morning cleaning the room beside us very loudly. Staff gave us beach towels / chairs for a day at the beach, and were very helpful.

The place we stayed at was very clean, equipped with everything you possibly need, and more. the owner’s are really nice and friendly and even offered us an upgrade upon our arrival. They really care about their guests and it is evident from the second you arrive. I would recommend staying at Pleasant Bay Village Resort.

Loved staying at Pleasant Bay Valley Resort! We didn’t want to leave, the grounds are absolutely beautiful and the kids loved the playground, pool and koi pond :). Would highly recommend to anyone going to Chatham for a vacation! Not far from Main Street, had no trouble driving to get to the other destinations and parking was a breeze.

I was initially disappointed that I wasn’t closer to town but after being downtown I’m so glad we were a little away from it all. The whole experience was wonderful and only enhanced by Johnny who greeted us with a smile and kindness from the front desk every day. Don’t skip his homemade muffins and cookies!!!

This place was nice. The staff was friendly. The lobby had table games among other things I think it would have been nice for the front desk representative to mention the available resources, recommendations, and guides on those tables.

A truly beautiful hotel that felt like a real oasis. The service and facilities were excellent and it’s brilliantly located near Chatham.
