This inn had everything you'd need plenty of towels shampoo and soap the room was very clean and organized, and the front desk had bottled water as well. the woman at the front was welcoming and understanding, at the time of year I visited the pool and hot tub weren't open but the area around it looked well-maintained. all the trails were near so driving wasn't too much of a hassle and it was not even 2 minutes from multiple restaurants. overall a good and affordable place to stay no matter what time of year.

The room was ok, but smelled like smoke. There was not much counter space in the bathroom. Bathroom door did not latch. The room did have a refrigerator and microwave.

Very nice staff. But the place is old and not very pleasing. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. It meets your needs. But not in a very nice way. Also the room was very gloomy and dark.

Only stayed one night. Short distance to Mt Washington. big pool area. would not stay there for long term vacation but a reasonable rate for just a place to lay your head

Maybe the beds were made but that’s about it - the floors were covered in dirt and debris and I kid you not, there were poop stains on the toilet. I spent the night because I arrived at 11am but hustled out of there first thing in the morning like a horror movie. This place should not even be listed by Expedia. Also, they should give me my money back.

Hotel staff called to let us know they checked us in and charged our card before we even got there. The hotel property was decent. The rooms were nice looking. There was food under the bed that we did not have with us (so it wasn’t cleaned properly when the last group checked out). The curtains were tied up in a big tangled knot, so we couldn’t close the blinds to sleep - was definitely strange with having people walk by and be able to look into our room.

It was clean and the stay was good. We would stay there again. One issue was that we tried to get a later checkout time one hour later (12:00) but the person who answered the phone in the office was confused by the request. She then said ok and would figure out the charge when we did checkout. Instead of dealing with the hassle and unknown charge, we rushed to finish what we needed and left by 11:00.
