This was a pretty decent motel, the staff was friendly and there is a pool. Basic room, but no AC. That would be my biggest complaint. However, they did have a fan and a ceiling fan. My family was pretty happy with the place.

Friendly owner who knows the local places to go was at check in. She was efficient and kind! The pool was so clean! Perfect temp and my kids played in the pool all day! Great location - near a local park with a watering hole which the kids loved.

I was very excited to stay here mostly because of the town itself and the cabin like feel. However, my family and I were so disappointed in this place that we ended up staying only 1 night instead of the 2 nights we planned. The room was not very appealing. The furniture and bedding were old and uncomfortable. The worst part was that there was no air conditioning in 90+ degree weather. I had no idea I had to look for a/c under amenities offered in 2024. I literally stayed awake half the night making sure my small children were ok while sleeping in the extreme heat.

Had everything we needed at a great price. Would absolutely stay with again!

My 6 yo daughter and I stayed here this weekend and she didn’t want to leave! We informed them we would be in late and they made arrangements for us, the price is extremely reasonable and my daughter loved the pool! The room was clean, pool was super clean! Only real cons are parking being tight especially if you have an suv and there was no microwave- which I didn’t realize so we were limited with what we could “make”. Overall very pleasant stay, absolutely would come back if we come back to the area!

Close to Mount Washington, it was pretty convenient with the efficiencies and the pool after a long day of hiking. Also, very clean place and a lots of accessories of moose at the desk (if you are a fan!).

Nice motor lodge. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are tidy and clean, if not super updated. No AC, so can get stuffy depending on weather.

Extremely well kept and quaint place off the main street. We got the two room unit and were pleasantly surprised to not only have a mid-size fridge, but an oven/stove as well. Pool was in great condition and place was very welcoming. Would stay again!

Only there for 2 nights, but it was clean and they were super friendly about cleaning our room last so I could shower after my morning hike. This is my top choice for my next visit.

What a find!

I drove by this motel weeks before booking and n my way home and thought it looked perfect for my trip to Mount Washington! The owners were so kind, and understanding! I had an issue with Expedia during booking, they were very understanding! I would recommend to anyone going to the area!!

Very quiet and tiny motel! Perfect for a quick overnight stay.. not so much for long ones. It is older in style and rooms are very small. They allow pets but they must be crated when left... no ice machine... hot water doesnt last very long and the manager seemed kinda pissed when they had to move around rooms for my service dog. The bookong doesnt give options to select you have a travel companion on alot of hotels but list pet friendly i have never had to call and inform places before but where this place has only 12 rooms i recommend you call ahead with a pet. Parking was super tiny and tight for those with bigger vehicles and when you get multiple big trucks it makes it very hard to move... other than that it was a decent stay... but I probably wont book with them again unless i cant afford another local place in the area and need a place for the night. Also food places in area close super early so if you want late night food prepare for mcdonald because thats the only thing that serves after 9

I stayed here for 4 nights when I was traveling to Mount Washington and to hike some in the White Mountain National Forest. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay. The owners are incredibly kind. They are easy to talk to and care about their guests. They gave me tips on how to find moose (I wanted to see one) and they would ask me about my trip when in passing. The room is perfect for someone on a solo trip or for a couple. Very clean! They would supply new towels daily and the bed was made. The price was phenomenal for me in early June. The pool was great! Throughout my whole experience, it felt like home. The only thing I will say is the road can be a bit noisy but thats out of anyone's control. Bring ear plugs if it bothers you. Also, there is no air conditioning but the nights are cool here and I just brought a fan. I never noticed not having AC. I wanted to extend my stay longer to enjoy the motel more. When/if I ever visit the area again, I will definitely stay here. I highly recommend the Moose Brook Motel!

Very easy to get to and the scenery was breathtaking unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was extremely clean unlike other places we’ve stayed. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area
