Clean units, nice peaceful location

Echo Holiday Park Windsor Gardens was the perfect location for me to stay because it was close to where I had to visit. Highly recommend. The staff was very friendly on arrival and explained where all the amenities were. My room was great, however I’d like to suggest a proper 2 door cupboard for the kettle and toaster instead of the skinny bookcase shelving to store the items. I had to make toast on the floor because there wasn’t enough room on the top of the shelf when the kettle was there. Overall I loved staying at Echo Windsor Gardens.

Affordable budget accommodation with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unit has a kettle toaster and microwave. Comfortable beds and nice hot showers.

The room was clean, neat, quiet, shower was great, TV reception good, parking was easy One small issue was the sky light and how light it was around 545am - it's like a light being on in the room which wakes you up early Very minor issue but probably need to be aware if wanting to sleep in

Unfortunately just a one night stay this trip, loving the parks location so close to the Torrens for a quiet stroll with the wife looking at the local wildlife whilst walking along the pathway next to the river. It almost makes you forget that you're in South Australia's Capital City.

Could hear a pin drop from the next room,some mould on bathroom ceiling a lot of wall cracks.

Very comfortable but only drawback was poor tv/dvd as the dvd didn't work and they had a good selection of free dvd's to watch. Good laundry and very clean overall

This was our first stay and we were very happy with the accommodation and location. The room had everything that we could want and the staff were very helpful in answering any questions that we had. A great location, close to shopping centres and dining choices.

The budget room was great for the price, comfortable bed, really quiet & effective air conditioner, great shower with plenty of hot water & good pressure! Couldn't fault the property!

Central location and easy checkin, kitchen facilities were every welcome and host was very a accomodating, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back

The Paxton Cottages are beautiful olde world accommodation and they are truly lovely with every amenity you could want. Beds linen comfort A1. We are a group of 3 aged from 86 down to 77. We arrived in Burra around 10am and had a drive around town. We then popped into the cottages to see, on the off chance we could get an early check in as some accommodation is apt to do but NO. An abrupt NO telling me book in time was 2 pm. The lady was abrupt and quite off putting. As an elderly woman I felt slighted by her attitude not the response. I made the comment about Burra being a beautiful town and her comment was “Of course it is”!! Unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not one smile and didn’t even bother to make any friendly comments. Sad to say but the reception was the worst part of our Paxton Cottages experience. The towns people were lovely and polite in every other local business.
