We showed up to check in and were informed there was no room for us. The hotel manager did not offer to find an alternate solution nor to assist with getting us a refund. Not happy.

Reservation confusion and it did not appear, but staff was excellent with check in. Very professional, courteous and caring. Highly recommend a visit.

Beds were amazingly comfortable!!!We slept so good!!!Everything appeared clean until after showering ,I walked around barefoot while packing up.When I went to put on socks,I saw that my feet were black!!!!I rescrubbed and put socks and shoes on before walking any more.The floors are vinyl and I’m guessing swept but not mopped.

Great hotel!! Staff was very accommodating. I have glucose issues and the lady at the front desk provided me with orange juice. It was an awesome stay spacious rooms and comfy!

Friendly staff. Convenient to the town of Keyser. There are limited choices in the area and this is by far the best one.

At first I was disappointed at how small the workout facility was. But the treadmill was very modern and I didn't see anyone except me and my boyfriend using it. The included breakfast was good, with hot items and waffles as well as juice and cereal. And the towels were very soft--something that I don't find at expensive hotels. A very basic place to stay, but with all required amenities.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about this hotel it was clean it even smelled clean . We loved the room the staff were friendly also so many things close to the hotel shopping , eating we would highly recommend staying here to others . Happy guest here :)

Had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable.
The only downfall was the location of our room next to the elevator and ice machine.
Ice machine was very noisy.
People getting off the elevator at 1:00 am.,talking very loudly.
The loud guests are no reflection on Best Western or its staff.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice, looks and feels new. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a nicer experience.

Very clean hotel. Not just the room but the entire hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were modernized. Very good hotel. Would stay again. There's not much around the hotel but walmart is very close.

We have stayed at this location four or five times. Never a problem.
The only complaint; this time; there were a few people staying there smoking weed in the building. It stank up the second floor and elevator. Management said they would address it.

We were there for Easter weekend visiting family. The room was clean and staff were helpful. My only complaint is that the room across from ours has dogs that barked for several hours. I'm not sure if the other guests had left them, or they were just barking for sport. I mentioned it to staff that said, "well, they paid a pet deposit."
