Beautiful hotel with polite, friendly staff. Room was perfect and had three excellent nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. It's slightly outside of the main centre but there's a tram 10 minutes walk away so transport is available. A big plus was the size of the safe. Often in hotels the safe can be quite small but the room I stayed in had no problem accommodating a 15 inch laptop and camera equipment. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Mostly good but could improve two important things. Entrance is not intuitive and upon arrival I entered the building through the doors immediately after the gates - which happens to be the restaurant. The Morimoto restaurant staff must see this frequently but they don’t offer guidance despite many staff seemingly unoccupied.
Too eco-conscious. They did not change towels left on the floor or replace toiletries when clearly empty.

Beautiful new hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast buffet, air conditioning in a very hot week worked very well.
It takes a 9 minute walk to catch the Metro B to get to all major places and restaurants in 5-15minutes. We can only recommend!

Our dining experience, the service, the food and the wine selection were totally delightful and outstanding. This was a memorable experience and intend to come back on a future trip to Bordeaux.
