Quiet place, nice area, plenty of dinning options where to eat in the area, the hotel is very very clean and there is a nice souvenir market walk distant from the hotel. Their breakfast I miss it now…..

The staff were very helpful and even offered a free upgrade. It was a nice view from the room and convenient to explore. I felt safe at all times and it was very clean. Everything was what was expected and better really enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were so kind and welcoming, our room was lovely, beds were comfortable, included breakfast was just right! They even made us breakfast to go on the second morning, when we had to leave for the airport before breakfast opened. The area around the hotel had some great restaurants, but also seemed possible a little unsafe at night. I appreciated that there was a 24/7 security guard outside, and during the day there was always another staff member outside to help with taxis and Ubers. I highly recommend!

Aside from the more than generous space, it's as if you're home in your master bedroom, the bathroom was to die for. Not only did it have a, wait for it, a Jacuzzi, it also has a Bidet! Need to have frigobar or ice maker machines. Need outlet near to the bed. Need air conditioner. Also the toilet need has more pressure. If fix all this the hotel will be better

Check in was efficient, friendly and helpful. I was given an upgrade to a suite on the 7th floor at no extra charge. It was great after a long travel day that the in-house restaurant was open until 10 pm. The cappuccino and cheese cake was much appreciated and well presented, but just okay in quality. The suite was huge, had a fridge and coffee area, wonderful big bathroom and king size super comfy bed. The air ventilation system was a little noisy. The entire room was spotless! A buffet breakfast was included and it was very good with adequate choice for all. Restaurant service was excellent. First time I’ve tipped for months in Ecuador. Front desk and security staff were so helpful with recommendations and directions for things to do in the area. Front desk staff arranged for my hotel transportation and to my surprise it was a very comfortable SUV at the same price of a regular cab. I was so in need of this pampering after a hard week. Thanks so much to all the staff! I got a great price for the hotel room through hotels.com and I totally recommend this hotel for a stay in the Mariscal district of Quito.
