It seemed homely not corporate but no bathmat or salt and pepper. Kitcken reasonably equipped but small cutlery. No milk supplied. But if you just want a place for one night and you are on a budget, its okay. Its just a bit tired.

We stayed for a night, a place to sleep and not anything extravagant but perfect for just one night. A little chilly at night with a small space heater but they also provided heated sheets that helped. It was very closely located to Te Pa Tu Maori show which was perfect.

Cost effective accommodation. Very thin walls and road noise can be loud. Fine for a night if you're on a budget

people drinking and smoking in parking area ,dirty carpet ,run down building have photos of cockroach on wall , and other bugs on bathroom ceiling ,needs to be knocked down would have leaved but could not fine anything in that area , don't be fooled by photos would never stay again !!! i think a refund is due .

We liked our room and how quiet it was everything was close to us we can jus walk to places we needed to our room was nice and big spacious everything was there for us

When we booked the property was advertised as a spa suite and the facilities included Laundry , Flat Screen TV, Free Wifi Etc. When we got there we were told the spa are in the room was not available and unsafe, room had no air conditioning, the laundry was not for the guest , there was no tv antenna connected and if you wanted to watch something you have to use your own Apple TV account. After much complaining the staff agreed to log into the tv using their own account but the Wifi was so slow it was constantly buffering.. The property was not worth what we paid and wotif have done nothing to help us despite us contacting them and being promised that they will investigate,, TOTAL RIP OFF

There were cockroaches in the property in addition to several spiderwebs in each room. On the carpet in an upstairs bedroom there was something like pile of insect excrement. The hot tub was not functioning and unsafe but there were signs warning that it not be used.

Was charged twice..one with Expedia and one with the motel.if not updated my account i would have been ripped off. After quires i was paid. Lucky me

Had the worst experience! When we checked in to the hotel it was very dirty and had not been cleaned properly. As we were leaving to go out for dinner we locked the door, went to check that it was locked and the door just opened! We told the staff and they said there was nothing else they could do as it was just recently fixed so we asked to speak to the manager she was not on site so was called via phone, then we tried to explain to her what happened only to get yelled at by her, she would not listen to a word we said or let us speak it was like speaking to a brick wall then she accused me of breaking the lock but her own husband and daughter were witnesses to the hotel door lock being broken. Her daughter had to explain to her that we were being honest about the door after all that we then asked for a refund which they still kept some money for a cleaning fee for an unclean room. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had, so unprofessional and rude, terrible customer service, an unclean very dirty old hotel. I wouldn't recommend booking here unfortunately

This property cancelled my stay several hours before checkin for an unexplained reason and sent me to another motel, which was a substandard place in every way: unclean, noisy, under construction

All spa rooms are not working. Accdg to the reception it wasnt working for years? if so, they should not advertise with spa. Appliances are not working, toaster, microwave those are not working. I called their hotline right after i booked online but no one answers the phone, i left a message no one will call you back, I even emailed and chat for any inquiry or instructions no one will returned to my query. so if you still decided to book here, you need to indicate in your booking any message otherwise no ine will attend to you after you book online. Inside your room, Imternet is so slow that you wiĺ struggle to watch youtube or netflix online. Most of the time it will say no connection. I asked for coffee, i got a reply saying no coffee. So make sure you buy your own. No toiletries like shampoo, soap and toothpaste toothbrush make sure you bring for yourself.
