The location is great and walking distance to all the main shopping, restaurants and historical sights. You are also blocks away from the bridge to Gaia (wine and food area). Starbucks is right next door too.
The room itself is different but still nice. The room doesn’t have doors separating the shower/ sink area from the room just a door for the restroom. There was a sitting area with its own tv and a tv where the bed is. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room has a smaller mini refrig too. All in all nice room but maybe a bit pricey for what you got.

Front desk staff were very personable and helpful with directions and insights. Room was great except that I seemed to have a lot of road noise in my room which disrupted my sleep. The breakfast buffet is good. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect experience, from check-in to check-out. It's a great place to travel around Porto's major tourist attractions. It was nice to be able to walk around without luggage and then come back into the hotel and use the bathroom or rest. The staff who helped me check-in and check-out was the kindest hotelier I've ever met. I recommend it to everyone who goes to Porto.

Super friendly staff they made us feel welcomed, professional, took care of our request when required efficiently. The front desk gave us a list of suggestions for porto and other cities we were going to visit. The staff at the bar were interactive and friendly. The rooms were very clean and this hotel is in the perfect location. Highly recommend

This hotel was very clean, which is always a priority for me. It was in an amazing location, just steps away from major attractions in Porto as well as the river, and many streets to eat at and explore. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind, unmatched with any other stay in Portugal. Could not have chosen a better hotel.

Clean and neat hotel with fun decore and a nice breakfast buffet. Get a room on an upper floor if possible. My husband and I did not hear any street noise from our room on the fourth floor, but my daughter and her partner had to request a room change from the first floor because some guy set up his guitar and speakers just outside the hotel on Saturday night. They ended up paying extra for their room because only suites were available at the time.

Excellent location, Excellent room with king size bed. Cleanliness excellent. Staff all very helpful. Breakfast plenty of choice yoghurts cereal, fruit some what limited, cakes cheeses meat hot breakfast and good selection of juices. Staff all very helpful nothing to hard for them. Drinks in bar not too pricey. Happy hour on one day.
Would definately stay again.

This is a cute property with a boutique feel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly before and during our stay. The hotel is in a great location - close to the pickup points for most tours, close to the main tourist areas and close to public transportation. The neighborhood was safe and walkable.

The floor material in main bedroom of 303 is basically a plastic gym mat that retains water from housekeeping mopping, and shower pan leaks which warped the frame. They brought towels and a dehumidifier but the issue seems to persist, and causes a bit of smell.

It’s a small hotel on top of the hill in central Porto. Great location. Rooms are tiny but clean. Right near everything.

Hotel staff were amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful.
Rooms are extremely small and bathrooms dont close fully. People sitting in the room can see you. For a hotel like Hilton, i would expect more.
Strongly recommend this hotel and if i go back to Porto, will stay here for sure.
