Not sure why this motel got such excellent reviews, it must be the location. The price was very good for a downtown location. The beds were comfortable and the hot water pressure was excellent. There were a couple light switches that didn’t turn anything on. The central AC did not work, but the portable AC worked fine. The bathroom was small. We never saw any hotel staff, which I personally don’t like. Door code was provided by text message and the front desk was never open. Checkout time was 10 am, which is a little early compared to other hotels/motels. I wouldn’t stay here with my wife since she expects a little more niceties.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything we wanted for an overnight stay. Our only regret is we didn’t make time to stay longer in Sedona.

First time staying here. The beds were GREAT! The water pressure for the shower...GREAT! located close to all the shops and restaurants. have a code for the door instead of a key made it easy and convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

It was so easy to stay there. Communication was great, room was clean. Would stay there again. Recommend for sure.

The star hotel was a perfect place to stay in Sedona. We had a very comfortable two-bedroom suite, with a kitchen and sitting area. It couldn't have been more comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a hidden gem. Don’t let the word Motel fool you. I traveled alone for 18 days here. No issues at all!! I will definitely be back. Owners were very sweet and helpful.
The bed was very comfortable.

Best motel in Sedona, the property was really Nice and clean and spacious in the owners of the property were really nice. We had a problem with the check in and they helped us out. definitely recommend this motel and also I will stay here again

It’s located right on the main strip of Sedona and had a great view that we could sit and enjoy right outside our door! The Star Motel host communicated perfectly about all necessary information and even offered to stock the mini fridge with any special beverages for our arrival (for an additional fee)! We stayed at a couple different hotels on our trip and the absolute best part of this stay was the comfy bed! Much needed after a long day of exploring what Sedona had to offer! We loved our stay! Very clean room, (spacious enough for 2 people)…which was well insulated so we didn’t hear any outside noise or noise from other rooms. We will be back!!!
