We enjoyed our stay as it was easy to access most areas by walking. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We would definitely book here again if we return to Porto.

This property was disappointing, the neighborhood does not feel safe. While the apartment inside is nice, the shower is dirty and has mildew in the walls and the door.

Andre was excellent getting us checked in quickly and easily. The loft was a great set up with everything we needed. Perfect for my husband, son and I. We were on the ground floor so had a private patio. The apartment was very quiet and close to everything. Great place to stay.

Modern amenities nice natural lighting in the apartment due to three balcony doors. my husband liked that there were lots of plugs for charging devices. Management office is next-door and is responsive and professional.

We stayed at this property for four nights while tourong Porto. It is centrally located. The staff were extremely helpful providing transport from the train station for 5 euros. As well, they provided information on ehat to see and where to eat. Very helpful. This apartment is licated in a safe area. It is within walking distance to stores, cultural sites and the bus station.

Stay was decent. Park on ur own at a nearby car park as they will charge u an extra 10 euro if they park for u.

Great location, so close to a major supermarket only 2 minutes walk, and 10 minutes from the main shopping strips and restaurants nearby. Andre greeted me at door and he was incredibly friendly, and was very helpful. The apartment is very clean, nice comfortable beds and pillows, big shower, etc. I have nothing bad to say about this apartment hotel, I would give it 5 stars and I would stay here again next time I visit Porto.

We arrived and our host was absolutely phenomenal. Andre Ferriera and his team. He went through the city of Porto with is and where to go and what to do during our stay and even to advise where not to go. We also had the opportunity to use the apartment phone to navigate your way around Porto "free of charge". As an added extra, we also wereable to purchase the business book to use the recommendation of the host but also receive discounts in places of interest and restaurants. The Apartment was cosy, clean and easy to get to and navigate to points of interest. We have had no issues with this business and would be the first time I give 10/10.

The owner is a very fine, nice and friendly host. But the pictures on Hotels.com don't reflect the current condition of the place. Our unit needed some maintenance (walls, doors and carpet a little dirty). The place clearly lacks a closer attention by the owners. The area is not nice, at least we didn't like it. Too touristic and messy. Empty (abandoned) buildings around and walls on the street covered in graphite (which I really hate). Overall experience was not as expected.
