Our entire stay was very welcoming and we enjoyed every minute of it. Staff was very accommodating and helped book our train ticket. They also helped with the transportation to/from the train station and airport. Would highly recommend as they are very nice and helpful, English friendly as well. The breakfast is very good and the staff will even make lattes/cappuccinos for you.

Front desk were wonderful and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Overalls it was a great stay.

The staff are the Number One part of this hotel. Smiling, professional, ready to please. Had a tech issue with the hot water on my floor. No problem. Fully assisted move to an upgraded room 1 floor down. Ckean. Great bed. Clean linens. Great experience

This was my second time staying in Sabaidee@Lao during my business trip. Each lasting 7 days. Sabaidee@Lao is a excellent hotel with good location friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance to the night market various food outlets. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Vientiane, walking distance to everything. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, modern, with comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly, but at checkin they put us in a room with two twin beds, rather than one double we reserved. We had to show them a copy of our reservation and insist they change our room to the one we booked. They fixed it. The next day we needed airport transfer, which was included for free one way in our reservation. They were going to charge us 10USD for the transfer, until again, we showed them a copy of our booking. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Vientiane, but be sure to check everything to make sure I'm getting what I paid for...
