My room was so dirty. There was dried noodles on the wall and drink stains all over the back of the door. There were previous visitors belongings under the bed

They are currently undergoing renovations and once done will be absolutely gorgeous.
Upon arrival, no one was at reception. I rang the bell no one answered. I called the mobile number supplied no one answered. I called the work number no one answered.
Reception called back and said they would be right there. It’s still took them about 15 minutes. Went up to the room and was perfectly fine. Clean sheets, clean towels shower was great. Faucet set up so you can really blast the shower. Only issue was a few dirty earbuds and coffee cups in the room.
You get what you pay for. It was the cheapest room in town available and I needed somewhere to stop over.
Just beware some nefarious type characters are staying there and they were arguing throughout the night that is double locks on the doors so was safe but again you get what you pay for.

Ok for a quick overnight stay. Very very basic motel. Wouldn’t want to be staying for a longer time. Needs upgrading.

The place was rundown. Needs repair badly. Empty soap and shampoo dispensers. Leaking shower. Dark corridors and stairs.
However there was plenty of parking and bed + bed linen was clean and comfortable enough.

I entered the hotel and buzzed reception and no-one came to greet me.
While I waited, I observed the level of disarray, filth and rubbish in what was probably the dining room and the general neglect of the whole place and decided I would rather forfeit my payment than stay in such a dump. I left to ha[ppily stay at Quest. This premises should not be on Motif.

The motel was really central. Looked sad and neglected as we arrived but a really welcoming staff membe to give us our key. There was renovation stuff everywhere and untidy look. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage. The bathroom was tiny and pretty awkward in the layout. My low score for eco friendly was because of the water wasted waiting for the shower (with a large showerhead) to get hot water through it. There was a few bits of cutlery and a toaster but i find it hard to butter toast with a cereal bowl as the only crockery apart from 2 tiny cups. The bed was comfortable and for the price it was okay. Lots of spare pillows which were needed as a behead.

I was looking for budget accommodation for one night while travelling.
Room was clean and had toaster jug microwave bar fridge iron and air-conditioning. So all the things you need.
Close to Soldiers Club for dinner.
If you are ok with basic clean room it's good value.
