I enjoyed the hotel quite a bit.. the room was nice, maintained well and was quite spacious.. The roof pool and bar were nice also.. I missed breakfast just about each day due to lines or delays.. and the bed was pretty hard.otherwise, staff was friendly, grounds were impeccable, common areas were great..

I had an incident when I arrived with an inssue in the suite I was in. I communicated with the staff and it was not relayed to the day staff, so I had to restate my wish to the day staff the next morning. It was promptly attended to.

I’ve stayed at Ascot properties frequently, their linens are extremely uncomfortable, they have some of the roughest sheets of any hotel, and I don’t understand this because you spend 8 hrs sleeping you know. But what is truly annoying is on their Hotel channel. They’re pushing a DEI agenda, which is political and something I am completely against as meritocracy is much more important then hiring staff based on the color of their skin or sexual orientation, Why do they need to push that on their guests? Also, when the doors close in the other rooms, it feels like the building is being hit by a wrecking ball. Otherwise, the staff was extremely helpful and the pool is awesome.

Had a good experience at this hotel, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, didn't had a single issue, daily room service, nice size tv and other great amenities.

Good value, new, well appointed. Things to improve : TV channels very poor selection, news, sport, Bar at pool could not use room account, No iron or ironing board in room, No Hotel Bar.

Very nice new hotel in the heart of Pattaya’s shopping and beach district…all the amenities of a five star hotel in the city center, right across the road from Central Festival Mall. Lots of places to eat and night entertainment within walking distance. Attentive and friendly staff.

I like most things about this property. The pool on the 20th floor had absolutely amazing views. The only draw back was the kids water play area is directly above the main pool sitting area and kids intentionally splash water in the fuests sitting in lounge chairs below. The hotel could easily fix this by filling in the gap at the bottom of the upper play area so water doesn't come down. Other than that the hotel, staff and location is excellent. I've already recommended it to two colleagues.
