Nice place. Check in and out a bit slow. Balcony was so rediculasly small with no view. Overpriced for what it is.

Excellent location on beach road. Staff friendly and helpful, room was huge with a big spa bath in the bathroom. A bit dated but has a grandeur feel.
Breakfast was excellent, good selection.
Pool area was good, was never busy.

Its an older hotel but still very good stay. Breakfast buffet changed daily. Staff were attentive. Far enough away from the red light to not be loud.
Wish had a convenience or grocery nearby as the 2 bottles of gratis water quickly get drank in the heat.
No restaurant but the partner restaurant 3 blocks away is good and plenty of street vendors about.

Some of the stuff are not nice some are very nice
But the main problem it’s the property in bad condition need maintenance ASAP

The property needs renovation, my room had several areas requiring renovation or repair. I asked to see another room, but it was pretty much the same. The lobby is kept in pristine condition, but the rooms have been somewhat neglected for their upkeep.

I strayed there more than a dozen of time and I like the property and the service. Good location next to the beach, good breakfest, helpful and welcoming staff.

At first I was given a room with high voltage electric pole within touching distance from my balcony. I requested a change. Was then given a so call City view that faces a rubbish dump. The bath tub wasn't working, ceiling lights was burnt out and the room furniture was falling a part. Couldn't move out quick enough. Very bad experience for me.

Very nice hotel. Older, but well maintained. The staff on check in were amazing, but check out tried to keep a deposit over a towel that they say was removed. A towel????? Other than that, I would stay at this spot again.

Expensive at over 3,000 baht a night, hotel fixtures getting a bit dated , good pool and sauna ,great location and breakfast was 5 stars
