Very nice hotel. Clean and quiet. Great suite.

The room we had was very spacious and nice to have a kitchen. Our family has food allergies. Only thing that would have been nice is to have had food options at breakfast for those of us who are gluten free and dairy free.

There needs to be more than one elevator for this size hotel.

Brought my son for an end of summer staycation. Hotel staff was VERY friendly and professional. Front desk always had a smile. I lost my necklace in the pool area and housekeeping found and returned it. Our room was very clean. Definitely will stay again.

This is a nice and cozy hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything you need to do in Wis Dell. Shopping, Water Parks, casino, attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed a night stay. The rooms were clean and the hotel was well taken care of. The front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast was good and the dinning areas were clean. The only down side is the pool had way too much chlorine and it was really cold. Other than that it was great experience.

Like the suites with kitchenette and full refrigerator. Full breakfast and happy hours are nice too.

The hotel is great except for the single elevator for the whole hotel's use... 4 floors and one hotel. Also, the guest laundry, although free, many of the machines didn't work properly or at all. Those are my only complaints.

The breakfast was wonderful, the pool was open till 10 PM, the sheets and mattresses were soft and clean, and the kitchenette exceeded our expectations … very well done!

Staff were great and all round great visit while staying here

I was looking for a pet friendly hotel that was close to everything. This was perfect! I brought my family along with our dog. It was an amazing stay. From check-in to check out, things went very smooth. We ended up getting the Noah’s ark Waterpark passes. My kids and family had such an amazing time. Also went to knuckleheads indoor amusement park & arcade. That was also pretty awesome. Loved the mini golf, the rope climb, bumper cars, go karts etc. You can literally walk over to knuckleheads from the Staybridge hotel. The hotel offers continental breakfast 630-930, cocktail hour; free wine, beer and snacks from 530 to 7pm. The pool was small. It smelled extremely chlorinated, but we did not take a dive in as we were doing other activities on the property. The outside has a courtyard. There is a basketball court where my eight-year-old played basketball outside, there is also a fire pit and a gas barbecue grill where you can grill. I do plan on staying at Staybridge again when we return. This will be my go to place to stay every time! 2 queen bed suite, pull out sofa bed, full refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen, etc. the property is also well maintained. We parked the car and walked to subway. I cannot stress enough how much my family enjoyed this stay. We have zero complaints and I’ve also bragged about my stay, the amenities and, the employees to other family and friends. Thank you Staybridge, for your hospitality and making this trip safe & wonderful for myself & my family!

Front desk help was more interested in talking with other employees than taking care of guests, knew nothing about the surrounding area, and had a generally poor attitude. Hotel was clean but dated. I'm sure there's better value elsewhere.

People were in the halls at all hours of the night, outside the doors of the entrance loud and blocking the entrrance, felt very unsafe and not family friendly. Staff did nothing to get the crowds of people under control. Not a good stay for the price I paid for this suite.

Hotel was very crowded and noisy. Parking was hard with availability of spots only in the remote area behind the hotel, and entrances from that area not well marked

My family will never stay anywhere else. This hotel has a lot to offer.

We stayed a week. For the most part it was very nice. Normal hotel. Clean. Breakfast is ok. Would be nice if it was changed more often. Same food pretty much every day. Oh and someone at the desk keyed someone else room key card wrong so they walked into our room. That wasn’t very pleasant. The pool water is very chlorinated and a bit to cold. Nice location.
