It was a neat old motel style property.

The staff was nice the hotel however was not so great. There was no soap given in the room. The furniture was like from 1970. The rooms smelled kinda of mildewy, and the thing that was the worst is there was a cockroach crawling around the room. Did not feel clean at all.

Good location, friendly staff, little bright with bed by window and no curtains ( had blinds). Public beach access hard to find. Bit of walk in heat w/ beach gear. Would recommend driving if you have beach stuff ( chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.). Pool looked nice inside the A/C, did not use thou.

Overall good stay. Recommend going to public beach access rather than entering through Emerald condos across the street.

You can hear a lot of noise from the pool equipment inside the room. No blackout panels on the windows . Only one little shampoo and conditioner for 5 days of staying. No elevator .

We enjoyed how large the room was and how easy it was getting in and out of the area. Clean with separate bathrooms.

What we didn't like the WiFi was horrible.. the appliances need to be replaced..the floors were dirty.. the space was good..but updates need to be done.and better Internet service.

This was a great place to stay. The only issue was it wasnt perfectly clean, but it was pretty clean. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice.

Private beach access was advertised but upon check in was told you could only go on the beach if you rented the $70 chairs. Had to cross busy 4 lane traffic to get there too. Room itself was not bad.

There was one roach by the bed which was disgusting, but other than that it was a nice relaxing stay for vacation!

Good and friendly customer service to start...I like the inside pool view rite next to the room... they have a game room for you and the kids, pingball table and a pool table. You can cook on a two burner electric stove a nice small refrigerator to store food and drinks, and also have kitchen utensils , plates and a sink to wash the dishes..... everything is close, food , the water park , they have game arcades nearby and to top it off the big blue clear waters of the gulf coast.... all i can say is wow... the price for condos was reasonable, i will be staying here for my next visit cause i really enjoyed my stay.... thanks club destin condos

This property is very old and in not so good condition. We had little creatures visited us at least three food roaches ! And the gym is not a gym at all the only weight machine thy had didn’t even have a pin to use it. My room key wouldn’t work I had to go up to the reception center 3 times !

Only real gripe is that we were put on the 2ed floor and they had no elevator (partially my fault for not inquiring about it) but my wife is partially disabled and the stairs were quite a challenge for her

Says it’s only est. 1000ft from the beach but it is a PRIVATE BEACH! You do get an access code for the beach but you cannot put any personal items on the sand! No towels, chairs, bags, etc! Once you check in they let you know you can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for $70 per day! Also you must walk to this beach, no parking. Overall the facilities are great! 2 pools. Well the photographs on their site was very deceptive. The photos they showed portrayed were updated rooms and interior. When in person the rooms were severely outdated and poorly taken care of. Overall the staff was very nice and housekeeping did well.
