Blanca was there to meet us and give us a tour of the property. It’s adorable and clean with amenities like ice water and coffee in the lounge area.

This was my first Solo trip so safety was my first concern. I walked to the beach several times while i was there and even walked back from a fireworks show at night and did not have one worry. The property was so inviting and relaxing. The pool was always clean and the water temp was perfect. I ate breakfast by the pool and laid out in the cabana every night and enjoyed the breeze. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Excellent location. Right across the street from the Ritz Carlton and the beautiful beach! Customer service was excellent. Loved the pool and how clean and quiet the place was Stayed in the 2 bedroom pool apartment. Very spacious, cold ac!

Like others, I was a bit confused when I first arrived because there was no front desk to speak of, and a housekeeper showed me to my room. But it all worked out so trust the process! Great easy walk to the beaches and hanging out at the property itself was very pleasant. I was by myself and felt completely safe - wonderful stay!

Very nice place to kick back and relax. It was walkable to where i needed to do business and walkable to the beach and more...

We really enjoyed the pool area and the walkable distance to restaurants and entertainment. The maintenance and cleaning of the property seems to be a lot for one person. I would get a different room than the loft suite as it is small and has difficult stairs with no railing to hold onto up to the loft bed. We knew there were steps, but felt they were slightly dangerous once we saw them in person. The bed in loft is also very uncomfortable and lumpy. That was disappointing to us. We got there and there was no microwave but the owner went out and got us one and that was very helpful as we planned to make breakfast in the room several days. Toaster oven worked great! We would stay again but would get a different room.

Pros: Good location, nice, spacious, updated room. The pool area was very nice with lots of seating. Comfortable bed. Cons: It is not a hotel as advertised, it's a guest house. Also there is no front desk as listed on expedia. Our cell does not work on the island so the only way we could communicate with the host was by email. We luckily saw a maid when we arrived or we would have not known how to get into our room. We were there for 5 days and never saw anyone except the maid, and only twice during our entire stay. Our room was only cleaned once. We had the pool room and there was a large awning that made a lot of noise in the wind, which is always in Aruba. Also our bathroom door did not close.

The Tropical Suite was superb!

There was a mouse in our hotel room and they did nothing to help us. No refund or even a mouse trap to try and attempt to help. Overall nice place besides that.
