We wanted a long weekend in Athens and booked NYX Esperia Palace Hotel, and we do not regret it. It was a great experience. The hotel room was very nice, and the restaurant on the top floor had a direct view of the Acropolis and Parthenon, which was fantastic scenery. The very friendly and helpful staff and the hostesses at the business lounge went out of their way to make us feel appreciated, sharing information about Athens, the attractions, and Greece in general. Thank you, Ilia, and your wonderful colleagues! Before checking out, I realized I had misplaced my sunglasses. Not only were they helpful in trying to locate them before we left, but they found them after we had departed, and with their excellent lost and found service, the glasses are now back in my possession. All in all, it was a great stay. We highly recommend NYX

Whilst the hotel was accommodating enough, the rooms were on the small side. This is normally fine however the hotel also had a scent that was perfumed into the hotel which was unbearable. Definite the hotel for party people.

Stylish hotel on a busy commercial street adjacent to the Plaka. Swimming pool is a wading pool, maximum depth .85 meter and as shallow as below the knee level. No sun umbrellas because no space-you need to sit back by wall for shade).. Only 8 lounge chairs requiring advance reservations in 3 hour increments. Rooftop bar/restaurant limited tables requiring advance reservation (our first evening there was a private party consuming half of the seating space). Front desk not well staffed or particularly helpful. Breakfast was OK and the hotel was comfortable and we had a balcony facing the Acropolis for close to $500 Euros a night. Not worth the money.

Thought it was a bit odd when we were not be able to be told if we could have a later check out til the day and were told that a full paying client for a daily rate was more important than us offering to pay for the right to stay 3 more hours. Didn't feel too valued.

This hotel is ok, nothing great, It has a very odd layout and theme. The problem is that they took our headphones out of our room so I have nothing good to say. My wife was listening to a podcast and she put her headset on the bed and went out to dinner. When we returned they were gone. We immediately went to the front desk as my wife has a tracker and can see that they are at the hotel. I'm assuming the cleaning person took them by accident, but they said that they were gone for the night and we would have to wait until tomorrow when they return.??? We just told them to go in the cleaning room and we'll grab them, but they said it has to be in the morning . Well we were leaving early in the morning so that wouldn't work. They said they would 100% contact us and sent them to our home back in the states. Not once did they call or email and that is after we contacted them countless times. After 12 days we returned to Athens and went directly to the hotel to get our headset, but after 20 minutes they said that they didn't have them. Funny as my wife's apple phone now showed they weren't there. Maybe the battery died or maybe they took them as they were nice. I'm assuming so since they never followed up. Terriible customer service and management. We spent over $1300 staying there for 3 days and you would think they would reimburse us for our headphones that they took. I get this can be a one off incident, but even the management said this happens all of the time

Clean property with good amenities and in an awesome area around luxury shops and restaurants.

Fantastic location for a stay in Athens. It was very centrally located, close to the metro and restaurants. It was fantastic having the pool to come back to. Rooftop was fantastic for dinner and drinks. Fabulous breakfast with a view

This property is sooooo stylish. Loved it! Wish we could've spent more time in this location to really enjoy all it had to offer. The rooftop was a party. A great little time spent there. Small pool

Property is modern and rooms were comfortable. Biggest issue was with getting the pool sunbeds bookings and response. They did attend to my issue with the noise of the room. And changed it for me from the lower floor. Breakfast was good with a large selection.

I had three rooms booked for senior members of my family, I had called in advance to request that their rooms would be situated far away from the noise coming from the club...unfortunately they were kept awake till 3am with the club noise....I spoke with Mariana to make the request
