The front desk lady was not professional the minute I walked in. She didn't greet me.
Even on the day, I checked-out, she still didn't greet me when I arrived to the front desk. She was on her phone and didn't put the phone down. She didn't ask if my stay was good. Not even have a good day.
It was like, I was bothering her both days.
Because of that, I don't think I want to come back there again.

Had an early flight from Logan. Hotel was nice and close to the airport. Bed and room was comfortable. TV didn't work and the phone mysteriously rang at 3 and 3:30am.

Last minute room needed due to a missed flight, front desk so kind and easy to set up early am shuttle, driver was excellent and handled all the bags

This was convenient and the shuttle was helpful. The staff was great and they gave an excellent recommendation to a Mexican restaurant that was within walking distance. The only thing that would have been better would have been a better price!

Nice newer hotel close to Logan airport. Almost has a boutique hotel vibe. Good breakfast and priced fairly compared to other hotels in the area. Definitely will stay there again when in the area.

It’s not a place to return, ever. This is the 3rd time i’m rewriting, they can’t even accept a negative coment about people somoking pot in the neighbor room and the bad condition of the bathroom, besides the bed which was terrible to sleep on, contributed by the noisy neighbor.
