This place is awesome! Beautiful buildings, great pool, great comunication with the administration, very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Las Galeras (La Playita). We like it so much that we extended our stay with two more days :-)

Stefano is super open and thoughtful. Yulissa also is very caring. The apartment is comfortable and has a great price. The beach next to it is beautiful.

We had a lovely time here. There is a new manager, called Stefano, who is very helpful and pleasant.
The housekeeper, Yulisse, is also very nice and helpful. All in all, the best accommodation we had in our 3-centre holiday in DR. It was clean, and nicely decorated, there were flowers on the table, purified water supplied. It is a lovely, short walk to the beautiful beach. WOW! Would recommend it highly. Really enjoyed the local pelicans too!!

Hans was very nice and helpfull. Both before and during our stay. Pointing towards a good bakery with excellent bread/croissants.. wifi was not the best indoor.
Old buildings and used furniture. Beds could be replaced by new ones, but bathroom was surprisingly clean / maybe newly renovated? Mosquito nets available - great.
Awesome beach nearby - 10min walk. Really nice. Quiet area among a lot of nice rental houses and other summerhouse style buildings.

Very affordable 1bedrooms, it comes with everything you need. Close to restaurants and shopping and La Playita beach is with a 5 minute walk.
