Stunning hotel, beautifully decorated with an amazing view. The staff were extremely welcoming, polite and friendly. Only issue was the soundproofing was a bit poor, so when the adjoining room woke up at 6am I heard banging which also woke me up

Very nice hotel to stay at! The only thing is the ACs are not that cold. We called the front desk to ask to turn it down more and they turned the ECO mode off but it still wasn't cold enough so they kindly let us moved rooms. The AC in the new room was a little bit better as the fan was stronger. Overall, very nice place to stay! Great views!

Wonderful high end hotel in good proximity to waterfront walk & Pacifica conference center. Get a high floor with executive lounge access for a complete western or japanese breakfast & teatime. Staff is extremely helpful though not much English spoken. No concierge to arrange excursions, but staff did research & found what i wanted
