Exceptional stay. Very comfortable bed. Room has a nice sitting area by the window. Bathroom was modern and good sized. We were very relaxed here. They do have a restaurant/bar. We had breakfast, which was a standard buffet, but not included. We liked that we could purchase off the menu specially made items or ala carte for the small, individual things that we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Cleaning the room was late and not done because we needed to get ready for a wedding. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Shopping center and food options close. Near The Everglades and The Keys where we were going.

Close to Campbell Square for shopping and easy access from the turnpike.

I was able to get the room i requested, which was on the far end. The room was quiet and clean, very convenient shopping plaza next to it.

Food and shopping were waking distance. 7 min drive to our destination of Homestead raceway. Room was perfect in every way. Front desk staff exceptional. Microwave, coffee, Fridge in room. Ice on floor by elevator.

The hotel was great, better than expected. Located in a good area with lots of stores and food around. I would stay there again!

When we arrived, three of the main lights in our room did not work. My husband brought a few beers and could not keep them cold because the mini fridge did not work. I promptly went downstairs and let the front desk know, and was told it takes time for the fridge to work, but it never worked for our entire stay. In the morning as we were checking out, I let a new front desk person know and she offered us a free item from their pantry. For $200, I was rather disappointed with our stay and service. When booking this reservation it asked for any special requests. I mentioned that this ONE night in a hotel was our family vacation and anything they could do for our kids to make it special, would be amazing. Even a candy bar waiting in the room would have been exciting for them, but it was never acknowledged. That was also a little disappointing.
