Best hotel for airport traveling. I have saved a lot of money with Buro 26 because now I can pick any flight. Since I have to travel to another Colombia department, prior Buro 26 I had to chose flights that allowed me to travel by ground in the same day. Now I can pick cheaper flights that arrive late at night because I can stay in this hotel. The hotel is clean, the employees are kind and trustworthy. I love this place.

The restaurant food is very good. Restaurant service is very poor.
Bar service was good. Bar single chairs were not very comfortable. Bar couch was very comfortable.
Hotel bed was great, rooms and hotel itself was very clean.
Room soundproofing was very effective.

As always, this the perfect hotel for people taking flights to Bogota that arrive late and need to travel far in Colombia. I like the lighting and practical, clean, elegant, and simple style of the hotel. I only gave one issue to report. In the gym, if you run in leftmost treadmill for a few minutes all lights turn off. The sensors think no one is there. After stepping out of the treadmill all lights turn back on.

It was a fantastic hotel near the bogota air port. The shuttle was free and place was very clean. Staff was very efficient and check in was quick. Ideal hotel for bogota stays. Will definitely return in the future. Great value and good location.

Typical Airport Hotel. Rooms clean and comfy. WiFi poor and the water pressure in the shower also was weak

Definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in Bogotá! We didn’t plan on being stranded overnight in Bogotá, but the staff at the hotel, the dinner we had, the friendliness we encountered, all made it worthwhile.

They didn’t provide me with an invoice for my stay which I found awkward, they said Expedia should provide it.
I am a citizen of the USA but I also have Colombian citizenship, however I am just a USA resident. This hotel said that I had to pay taxes for my stay as a resident in Colombia…even though I have never paid that tax in any other hotel in Colombia because I am not a resident. I don’t believe that is legal on their part…it was very disappointing.

Best part of this hotel was it is close to the airport and shuttle from and to airport is free. Recommend for short stay to be near the airport. Spa/sauna was decent and good price for a massage. Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms are small and outdated and definitely not 4 and half star quality. Restaurant food was relatively good.

The personnel suggested an upgrade to go to the vip lounge and the buffet breakfast.
10 /10 points to the staf n service.
Unfortunately expedia sugested the hotel without breakfast. In my search i specified the breakfast but the room i choose was without it.

Unfortunately we had to cut shirt our stay due to a family emergency and had to fly back to the US. We where not able to get a refund for our stay but, they offered a credit valid for only three months. Not convenient for us.
