This place was fine for a couple nights of sleep and that's it. Room was tiny, giant crack in the bathroom wall, very little water pressure, breakfast was lacking. Wouldn't stay here again.

We got there at noon and couldn’t get a room. Check in time is 2pm but every single hotel I’ve been to has always allowed some flexibility, but this one hasn’t. Poor cleaning, very old towels, reception area a completely mess, with no ar conditioning. It was hot like hell and they kept all doors open to save energy bill I guess… all in all, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to.

Overall was a poor experience. The air conditioning could not be properly set, so it kept blowing high all the time. It was either that or off. The bed sheets had big holes on them. Terrible.

The staff were really helpful. It is not near the city centre but there is a bus route to the city right outside the hotel and there is a shopping centre only a few minutes by foot from the hotel. It is attached to a pizzeria so eating is no problem and the breakfasts were fabulous.

Besides the very convenient location - half way to downtown, convenient to shopping and services, on the way to airports, the friendly staff helps to make your stay a very pleasant experience, for a very affordable rate.
I will definitely recommend the Encore Hotel to my friends and associates.
