We actually were attending a function at a camp for the weekend but I can’t sleep on a camp cot so this was only a short distance away and we ate all our meals at camp. But it looked as though the hotel restaurant was nice and there were other options in town. It was a little noisy from some of the cars on the street but basically it was a lovely place.

We had an amazing 44 year anniversary, we shopped in town, went to lunch at Wimpy’s (great sliders) hung out by Lake Huron for a while (beautiful).
What a hotel (5 star) all the way . Great food in the restaurant in the Cadillac Hotel.

Love this historic property! Nicely restored and superbly comfortable. On site dining and beverages were delicious. Short walk to the lake after dinner and comfortable beds.

Quaint updated building! Queen room isn’t large but tastefully decorated and comfortable.
Nice sitting areas around and in the building.
Walking distance (close) to cute shops, the beach and the theatre.
Our room was on the road side so a tad noisy with traffic.
Will come back here again for a quick getaway!

My husband and I were travelling 3-hours to attend a funeral in Port Sanilac, MI, and needed a place to stay. We fell in love with the on-line photo of The Cadillac House Hotel. It reminded us of a beautiful, well-cared for, historic bldg. When we arrived, we were thrilled to see that the actual bldg. was even more beautiful in-person. The outside grounds were crisp & clean, and inviting, and had numerous cozy, areas with clean tables, chairs, and rockers, so you could sit outside and enjoy the views and quaintness of Port Sanilac. The inside of the hotel did not disappoint, from the friendly, courteous desk clerk that checked us in, to the quaint restaurant & tavern with EXCELLENT food. Lovely choices in decor. The rooms are somewhat small, especially the room we stayed in, but that was only a minor thing with all the other awesome ambience. Also, every single person we were in contact with, was pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating. We didn't want to leave and will definitely return. Thank You, Roger & Claran Quinn
