Very poor and slow customer service. Upon arrival, there was one customer checking in, we had to wait over 10 minutes to check in even do, there were 5 employees talking to each other in the check in area.

The service, hospitality ,structure. But I found some beer bottles and trash on the floor when I was walking to the elevator. May be needs to be inspected nore often

Want it to give it another chance but this time it was just too much, once they didn’t leave a water bottle and a towel and when I asked they didn’t make an effort to resolved that matter, wish I can leave no stars at all, because that’s what they deserve

It’s a fairly new Hotel and everything was great, very modern with great staff, very good breakfast! Easy to get around places, very affordable and overall everything was good! Will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing unique about this Hotel.
Pros: Customer Service was great & clean rooms, food was fine.
Cons: Nasty towels, very old, yellowish & shredded, I spoke to the cleaning lady and she told me she was going to bring me better towels, but they were the same, sadly.
Shame on this Hotel for not having white, clean towels. I spoke to another guest and told me the same about the towels.
The pillows were small.
The windows were very dirty.
Pool is very small, more like a jacuzzi.
I won’t stay here again.
I’ll go to Boca Del Río next time.
